Mercy'd picked up some Chinese take-out and some sodas for her and Billy. She set the various delicious smelling containers out on her desk with a couple of plates and some forks, spoons and chopsticks (if they were feeling daring).

Then she pulled out her current book to read while she waited for him to get back.
