I apologize for not having been around much - I can't believe it's almost 9PM and I haven't had a chance to even tag in to the picnic yet!
The mother of one of my best friends has stage 4 pancreatic cancer and is declining quickly. I do some hands-on healing and have been able to help some with the pain and her escalating anxiety/panic attacks. Between getting ready for the kids to come back to school so I can teach them all new stuff, rehearsals for my play, and spending a huge chunk of my other time with Mrs. F and her family, I'm not getting much else done.
She moved into a hospice house today, which we hoped would help, but which may actually require more of people's physical presence as she's not comfortable being alone there.
I will try to be around, but my brain is just everywhere even when I do have a little free time. So, sorry for my lack of presence the last couple of weeks and please forgive me if I miss things or mess things up. Thanks.

Just opened up the second picnic post (first one's too big for my browser) and then stared at it blankly for five minutes. Finally decided it was probably just too late to tag in and my brain wasn't working and closed it all up.
Bed will be better for me anyway.
